Shipping Policy

Each item is made to order and shipped directly from our print partners.
Production time typically takes 2–5 business days, and shipping takes approximately 5–14 business days, depending on the destination.

You will receive a tracking link by email once your item has shipped.
Please note:

  • We currently ship to multiple countries worldwide.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or customs.

  • International orders may be subject to additional customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

  • Orders may be delayed due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because each item is custom-made just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preferences, or change of mind.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue:

  • Please email us at Shala.Welcome@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include a clear photo and description of the issue.

  • If approved, we will offer one of the following:

    • A full refund to your original payment method.

    • A replacement item at no extra cost.

    • Another reasonable solution in agreement with you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the issue was due to our mistake
(e.g., wrong item sent).
In such cases, Shala will cover the cost of re-shipping.

Responsibility Disclaimer

By placing an order, you agree that:

  • You have reviewed the product details, sizing, and shipping terms.

  • Slight variations in color, placement, or design may occur due to the print-on-demand process.

  • Shala is not liable for delays, loss, or damage once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
