We’re a small team, but every message is read and answered with care.

Privacy & Safety

Your trust is important to us, and we are committed to protecting your personal information.
When you place an order, we collect only what’s needed to process and ship it —
such as your name, address, and payment method.
We never sell or misuse your data.
Your information is stored securely and shared only with our trusted partners
(e.g. Printify and shipping providers) for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems like PayPal and Stripe (if applicable).

Shipping Policy

All items are made-to-order and shipped directly from our print partners.
Production time is typically 2–5 business days, and shipping takes
an estimated 5–14 business days, depending on your location.

Please note:

  • We currently ship to multiple countries worldwide.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or customs.

  • International orders may incur customs duties or import taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

For orders to Israel, delays due to local customs are possible.
We are not responsible for customs clearance delays or any additional charges once the order reaches your country.
Please note that import taxes, VAT, or customs duties may apply based on your local laws,
and are solely the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

Because each product is made-to-order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preferences, or change of mind.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery at Shala.Welcome@gmail.com, including photos and a description of the issue.
We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the case.

Please note:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product issue was clearly our fault (e.g. defect, wrong item, or printing error).

Limitation of Liability

Shala is not liable for:

  • Delays, damage, or losses caused by shipping carriers or customs.

  • Orders delayed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

  • Slight variations in color or design due to the handmade/print-on-demand nature of our products.

By placing an order, you accept responsibility for reviewing item details, sizes, and shipping terms before completing your purchase.

Wholesale Inquiries

We love collaborating with conscious brands, studios, and community spaces.

Payment Methods

Billing & Receipts

All prices on the website are listed in Israeli Shekels and include production and standard shipping costs, unless otherwise noted.

Receipts are issued automatically after purchase and sent via email.

As a registered sole proprietor (“osek zair”) under Israeli tax law, VAT is not included unless stated otherwise.

And exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent court in Tel Aviv.
